Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. It is not required to have an account to shop on DECORA SLUGZ' online store. You can however create an account if you wish to allow for quicker checkout in future purchases.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at decoraslugz@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We will only cancel an order if there is a problem with stock. If your order is cancelled, an email will be sent to you explaining this. You will receive a full refund if this happens. Please email us at decoraslugz@gmail.com if you have any concerns with a cancelled order.

How do I cancel my order?

After an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it unless there is an issue with stock on our end. Please be extra vigilant and double check your order before confirming your purchase.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

The timeframe for shipping all depends on the country your order is shipping to. Please keep in mind that shipping timeframes exclude our processing time.

Accessory orders within the UK will typically take anywhere from 3-5 days. International accessory orders will typically take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on the country and shipping type chosen at checkout.

Clothing orders will typically take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on the country it is shipping to.

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered, the weight of the package, and the country where it’s being delivered.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit/debit cards and payment methods including: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. If you are unsure whether we accept your payment method, there is a full list at the bottom of our website.

Please note there may be some conversion fees if you are paying in a currency other than GBP.

Where is my refund?

We do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a specific issue eg. Damaged parcel, parcel not delivered, parcel lost, product defects, item missing from order, incorrect item in order, incorrect size sent. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you purchase an incorrect size of clothing. Please refer to the size charts provided to ensure you purchase the correct size.

In the case where a refund does need to be provided: We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please ensure that you double check your order before purchase confirmation to avoid any incorrect item purchases/inconveniences.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email us at decoraslugz@gmail.com with the details.

US shipping

Are tariff duties included in my order?

Yes, you will pay tariff duties at checkout if your order is shipping to the US. These duties will be displayed at checkout in the total price. Customs fees will be paid by us before shipping your order, meaning it will reach you without any unexpected costs. 

What are the US tariff costs?

For all accessory orders shipping to the US, the extra tariff cost is 10%. This fee will be displayed at checkout in the total cost.

For all clothing orders shipping to the US, the tariff costs vary depending on the clothing items purchased. This fee will be displayed at checkout in the total cost.

We are trying our hardest to keep our products affordable for everyone, but please understand that tariff costs are not our choice!  We will keep you updated if shipping duties/tariff costs to the US ever change.
